Yes, it is actually recommended to take 1/2 a scoop to assess tolerance.

How to Use

Directions: Use on training days only. Mix 1 scoop with 6-8 oz of water and consume 15-20 minutes prior to training. To avoid sleeplessness, do not use within 6 hours prior to sleep. DO NOT CONSUME MORE THAN 1 SCOOP WITHIN A 24 HOUR PERIOD.

Shipping problems

Last time I bought from Supplement City I got my things as advertised and everything was good. This time around I ordered some things got my son and paid for 2 day shipping. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I got the tracking number and it didn’t change for 8 days until 2 days ago I got an update that it had moved but still in Florida. I live in Texas by the way. That has been the only issue I’ve faced, the shipping.

bad pre workout

Bought the Bazerk peach rings because of all the great reviews. Really dissapointed, not sure If they re manufactured or what but the taste and flavor wasnt there and really dident give me much energy. It also left a weird residue in my mouth, kind of sandy/gritty which made it unpleasant to drink. Tried contacting to return but never got a response:(

Probably the best pre workout formula out right now. Only thing that comes close is condemned Labz. But still second to this gem. Chemix is also not as good as this. Get it and enjoy all the delicious flavors. The flavoring is too notch as well. Yes a bit more expensive but you won’t be disappointed.

Took Me Out of an 18 Month Slump

I don't know why it started, but every time I went to the gym it simply felt like a chore. As soon as I walked in I felt like I was just going through the motions. I starting taking BZRK before workouts (and also stacking BMS Super Natty and Magic Eraser, as I have Low-T), and holy shit I have never gone this hard in the gym. I physically can't stop or leave until I've gone way over my normal lift. 10/10 would recommend. Obviously the Super Natty and Magic Eraser are playing their part, but I attribute the mental hunger, drive, and stamina in the gym to BZRK. Just make sure you're allocating 75-90 minutes to the gym, because you won't be able to leave any sooner.
