DIRECTIONS: Adults: Mix 1 scoop in 250 - 350 ml water or beverage of choice, 2 times daily.

WARNINGS: Do not use this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a history of systemic lupus erythematosus; or if you are taking blood thinner or any other health products that affect blood coagulation as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or if laxative effect does not occur within 7 days. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are experiencing a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than 2 weeks, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, or have failed to defecate following the use of a laxative product. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes; if you are taking medications for diabetes, high blood pressure or seizures; if you have a history of kidney stones, a liver disorder, an iron deficiency, an autoimmune disorder; if you are taking birth control medication or undergoing hormone replacement therapy (HRT); if you are taking any other medications or natural health products, as black pepper/piperine and/or resveratrol may alter their effectiveness; or if you have symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever (as these could be signs of other serious conditions). Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite; or if you experience sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness and/or confusion (as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar). May cause temporary gas and/or bloating, and unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally). Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Hypersensitivity is known to occur.
